Window card with a view

Submitted this card to A blog named Hero challenge.
The theme of challenging is window card with a view.

http://www.ablognamedhero.blogspot.jp/2012/04/challenge-2-cards-with-view.html

I used Scallop Greenery stamp to make a view.
Colors of view are purple and pink inks with perfect pearls.
I used my finger to blend these colors, and sprayed water mist before stamping.

I used compasses cutter to cut circles and thin frames.
I don't have silhouette machine or any die cut machine! :(
I am always forced to use my hands...
So  my cards are genuine handmade! :)

Birthday card Young deer

Another sketch challenging! :D and this card is also entering HeroArts April contest.
Colored young deer from HeroArts with water coloring
using distress ink (vintage photo) from ranger.
I'm not a coloring person, I'm not good at it... but this little deer is exception! LOL
A tree is paper piercing technique, used lilybeedesign "Double Dutch" 6x6 pad.
This is another great paper pad, I'm going to use this a lot for sure. ;)
Guess what, I broke out holiday stamp set (HeroArts) for the tree! hee hee
And, the white embossed stripe is actually Newspaper tulips! (also from HeroArts)
I used that stamp as grass. Ha! :)
I stamped image a couple of times to make look like grass.

Paper Piercing

Entering 2nd round of HeroArts April contest.
I played along with some pretty patterned papers using
one of the HeroArts April contest sketches.
I like paper piercing, it's time consuming sometimes,
but I think it's great way to have some fun with using stamps and papers at the same time.

Whimsical Houses (tree and grass)

Cosmo Cricket

Cosmo Cricket 6x6 paper pad which is Tea for Two is super adorable!
Glad that I bought this pad.
Coudn't help making an another Mother's day card. :)
I tried to make some super tiney spiral roses, it took a loooong time ( I have no idea how many pieces I made! redoing over and over... ) and time consuming, but finally I made it. Whew!

Happy Mother's Day

I used "Yours Truly" 6x6 pad from Echo Park for this card.
I adore Echo Park 6x6 pads, they are double sided, and versatile.
I bought this paper pad for making Valentine cards but it's definitely usable for other theme!
I thought this works for Mother's card perfectly.
The paper of rosette is from the same pad too. :)

Rainbow Card

This is the second card that I made to enter the HeroArts card contest.

I layered stripe pattern papers to make it look like a rainbow.
The stripe pattern papers are HA digital kit, it's called "Rough stripe pattern".

I drew curved shape onto each paper, cut them out, and layered them together,
but I realized it's something missing and wrong...
So I shaved off all the edges of paper by scissors and rolled them up.
Then, "Ta da!!" much better! :D
